We're very near to Milton Keynes, the Great Linford lakes, the river Ouse and Grand Union Canal - phew, that's a lot of water - and a short drive from Haversham, Wolverton and Newport Pagnell. If the inner tourist in you fancies something wild after lunch, you can reach Woburn's famous Safari Park, as well as its golf club and abbey, in just a few shakes of a lion's tail.
